Regardless of the concrete services we are completing: cast-in place steps, walkways, or slabs etc. forming is needed to create the required shape.
Once the forming is in place and steel reinforcement is installed the concrete is ready to be poured. All applications call for different types of concrete - it's strength and type is assessed for each project.
Curing is at 90% strength within 7 days and 100% by 28 days. Once it is sufficiently cured, we remove the forms and seal the surface if required.
Depending on the product produced we make saw cuts or expansion cuts. This allows for slight movement in order to prevent cracking and pre-mature failure in the finished product.
